II Aid "a World of Florette salad", with Martín Berasategui Place: Mezzanine room of the Palace of Bastion opened to the public. Price: Gratuitous. A thousand of diverse salads made by students of different schools from kitchen and Hostelería will compete in II the Aid "a world of Florette Salads". Martín Berasategui will select the most creative and original salad and will make the delivery of the prize to the winning equipment.
