II Aid "a World of Florette salad", with Martín Berasategui Place: Mezzanine room of the Palace of Bastion opened to the public. Price: Gratuitous. A thousand of diverse salads made by students of different schools from kitchen and Hostelería will compete in II the Aid "a world of Florette Salads". Martín Berasategui will select the most creative and original salad and will make the delivery of the prize to the winning equipment. Each salad will have to be emulator so that the jury can value the best salad and will have to be made, at least, a same salad for 30 people by equipment. These will be tasted free in the facilities of Bastion, from the two of afternoon.

Excursion: Collection of asparagus of Navarre, in the field Place: Seat Bastion, congressmen and professionals. The congressmen and companions that wish it will move from the nine in the morning to the field to little kilometers of Pamplona to verify and to participate in the collection of asparagus.
